Worked great on My mac. Plugged it into my iPhone & iPad & also worked. Only thing is it turned my drive into read only on my computer. No way to transfer data onto it any more. If you try to contact customer support you get a “not secure” sight & a bunch of big letters in Chinese and the word APP. If you click it it takes you to a porn site! Doesn’t work well.
I have managed to transfer a few 3 or 4 minute videos from my action camera. In my experience anything large ie. 10 to 12 minute video will not transfer. I have done everything but set my iPhone to factory default to clear data to make room for my videos and I continue to get, “Processing” icon (result) nothing happens. This app is second hand crap!!! I should always use Apple certified merchandise. If anyone actually reads this?....Please, don’t waste your time here with this app.Show lessChristo M
Frustrating to no end
I have both an iPad 5th gen and 6th gen and move .jpg files from the microSD card over to the iPads with no probs. Video, that’s whole other story. The iPad 6th gen can bring video over fm the microSD card with no issues, but with the 5th gen I get the “Processing” message but not the “Tip” message that confirms the move, and the file does not appear to have moved to the iPad. I’ve checked every setting on both iPads (my kid’s is the 5th gen and it’s his GoPro videos that we’re trying to port over to his iPad. the App Support link on this page times out which is really frustrating, especially knowing this app is still being worked on due to a recent update. No support for PS5 video clips
It worked great with my PS4 media (photos & videos), but for some reason when I transfer video clips from my PS5 to my same USB device —no matter how it is formatted— the iUSB Pro app transforms the video clip to a simple .jpg 😡😡😡
This is beyond frustrating, because I have no other way to transfer PS5 media to my iPhone and now with this bug or malfunction it has become impossible.
This app has become garbage.
The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because I still have my PS4 and (I assume/hope) it’s still useful for that console.Show lessjosephine daisy
Doesn’t work after first use
I bought the geekgo tf card adapter to my iPhone which makes you download this app to transfer files. The first time I used it it worked. I had to download each video a few times for it to transfer them without freezing somewhere through the video, but it worked. One week later, I can’t transfer a single file. Continues to freeze and crash after attempting to transfer. Have tried uninstalling and installing again and no luck. Waste of my time and money.Show lessPrince9321
MP3’s still default to reverse order
I’m glad to see that development is continuing with this app but there is a bug that has been around for years that has still not been addressed.
MP3 files always load in the reverse numbered order. This means an extra step of sorting by name to get them in the right order for listening because they’re always reversed, 10, 09, 08, 07, etc. For each and every book or album. Every time you listen.

I have used this app successfully. Well sort of successfully. This has to be one of the worst file transfer apps ever. My first use it was able to copy and paste from the sd card into the iUSB app. Then successfully copy to my IPhone photos.
Since then every attempt to use it is a waste of my time. And it eventually corrupts the files. In one attempt it made a new sad card unusable in any device I own and use.
I’m happy. Happy I didn’t pay more for this and very happy to toss this device in the incinerator.

Why oh why
I am not going to say anything about the slow transfer rate or the pathetic user interface. What gets me though, is the effort the developer put into destroying the quality of the nikon NEF files when copying to Files or FileBrowser. There is no option to simply copy the darn files without any f amateur processing on the professional photo. What is even more extraordinaire, is the fact still there is no good solution other than iUsb for transferring files between sd cards and Apple devices.Show lessDecebalvs
It Does What Its Supposed To Do
Overall it’s good. It’s really nice being able to interact with files on a external device, but the GUI isn’t that great. The layout is ok, but the coloring is so inconsistent, seriously pick a theme (bright vs dark mode) I can’t read black text on a grey background and the menus switch between a white and black background.Show lessFetchinator7
