12 Week Fitness Pro 4.0 has been re-designed completely from the ground up. We have taken all the requests by users and made the app simplified, smarter, and faster. It is now built for speed and efficiency. • Calendar View of 12 Weeks is now the main feature. (users requested) • No more time wasting features to log in and fumble through. (users requested) • All stored information is saved through iCloud and connects automatically. • All mainstream workouts are included in each muscle group for your convenience. (users requested) • All new color coded calendar logic to visually see your progress of 12 Weeks. • New save/email as .PDF to print out your daily exercises quickly. • New ability to change weight units from lbs to kg in settings. (users requested) • More features to come! ***** Please Note - After adding your first workout, the 12 Weeks begins. You can only add in exercises daily as you complete them. You may fix or add previous workouts all the way back to your starting day. No adding workouts until they are actually completed, so no editing future days - This makes it easy to stay honest and see your true progression.
