The App Doesn’t work.
I downloaded this app and on launch the calendar is blank and the app doesn’t even fit the screen of my iphone 13 Pro. The only button that works is the setting button.

Like the new layout.
Coming from someone who used this in the older versions, it did take me a few minutes to get the new UI figured out, but now it’s smooth sailing. Nice looking back at older workouts, and seeing the color coded main screen.
Exactly what I wanted
This app is exactly what I wanted to take a hold of my fitness routine. No more guess work or fumbling around trying to organize myself on my workout routine. This app keeps me organized and focused on working out. Love this app!
Great App
This app really helps me round out my workouts. It allows me to track my workout and even email them to track progress and target body areas. This app have already help me build muscle and lose weight!

Awesome Update
Love being able to see my progress each day as I work through the 12 weeks. Adding workouts quickly and now it all saves through iCloud instead of needing to log in. Excellent update!
