This works! At least for a complete beginner. The exercises are “easy”/give context clues so you can figure things out and start to learn. Also a variety of exercises for listening, reading, a little spelling. It’s fun. In translations the also underline the key words, which is useful because translations are rarely one to one. The underlines let you see what words are being more directly translated.

New student
I’m a new student of Bulgarian, after a visit there piqued my interest in both living in Bulgaria and learning the language. To no one’s surprise, getting my hands on books or a course to learn Bulgarian (I live in China) is close to impossible. So I went to the App Store and downloaded a half dozen Bulgarian apps. This is the one I use every day. There are verb declensions, a range of learning types, and daily challenges that test my learning. I LOVE it!

Very good, one or two correction errors with spelling but as a whole it has helped me more than any other app or program
Good App
Designed well. Encourages consistency by limiting daily time, it kind of forces you to rest and come back to it, making it not overwhelming. Just starting to see that I can hear the language better, distinguish between letters and letter groups and hear repeating sounds. A relatively pain-free way to learn. Provides confidence. Positive reinforcement. I like the daily reminders to study and since it only takes a few minutes it is a prompt I increasingly respond to rather than waiting. The app is built to help you succeed, to help you continue.

I had zero faith that an app could teach me a language. But I am literally. Like. Literally. Learning. This app is great.
This is very good
This app is very good and helpful because there is so many scam apps out there and so many apps that are popular but don’t have Bulgarian language and this app is the best because it has amazing quality, it has Bulgarian, and most of all it’s not a scam that says “we have all languages”.
