Best Language Learning App
Mondly is hands down the best learning app I’ve used to learn a language. I’ve used many, and none have quite given me the edge that Mondly has. I learn close to twice as fast as compared to other apps and it enables me to speak and connect with my fiancé and her family In her native language (Bulgarian) much more deeply than if I was using other learning methods. Their customer service (I dealt with Ioana, whom I believe is also more than customer service), and it was a total delight and exceeded my expectations. USE MONDLY! Don’t wait! Just do it.

It was better when I had the free app.
Now that I paid for the extended learning plan the app runs so slowly I don’t have time to wait for it to come up. I know it’s not my iPad because I don’t have the same problem with any other app. The app itself is good IF you already have a rudimentary knowledge of the language. It’s not for absolute beginners. I just wish it didn’t run so slowly, so I could spend more time learning and not waiting.
Problem was corrected after I contacted customer service, so I added a star. I just wish you were taught the words before you were tested on them. But I guess the app teaches you to listen to the pronunciation to figure out the words.

Fun, enjoyable way to learn Bulgaria

The best app of its kind to learn Bulgarian
My wife is Bulgarian and the content within this app has helped me immensely. Not a lot of resources out there but this app nails it.

Excellent App
I am using this app to learn Bulgarian, which is a very difficult language to learn. The pronunciation is very clear and you can slow it down if needed. The app uses multiple methods to teach language: pronunciation tests, spelling, listening skills, fill in the blank (with a vocabulary bank), and matching pics with the vocabulary (I find this is more helpful than flipping thru flash cards and trying to memorize words). Each lesson teaches and tests using a full range of methods I learned about when I was getting my TESOL certification. The app is brilliantly executed and I like the gaming layout--you level up after each small lesson--which makes it fun and addictive.

Fun, easy to use
You can practice writing,speaking, listening and reading. So easy to pick up the phone and use for 10 minutes a day- which is what you want when you are trying to learn a language. It's definitely worth buying the full version.
Good app
It's a great resource because you get the phonetic version of the words and the Cryllic version too. I need to practice my Cryllic alphabet when I have the chance. The best way to learn this app is to get a blank pen and pad to write down each word you're learning each day. That way when you get to Bulgaria the Cryllic letters don't seem as intimidating.

Excellent
I'm a would be polyglot, and am playing with Greek and Bulgarian/Russian. I like the interface and the pronunciation features. I enjoy Duolingo, but Mondly works very well, with unusual languages and a somewhat different approach.
Had some glitches when I first signed on for premium, but I mentioned them in a review, and they were gone very quickly, so I'd have to say the people behind the app are responsible and responsive.
