  • Does not work and No app support

iPhone 7Plus, iOS 12.2, ilive Wi-Fi control app downloaded from the Apple App Store. As soon as it opens, the only option is to hit "Search". I do so and it says "Your device doesn't enable Wi-Fi connection". However, in my iPhone settings, WiFi is enabled and showing the "iLive_ISWFV387_1AF8" network as an option. I click the “app support” under the review section for the app and of course it goes to the iLive site but the site says “Whoops, Our bad... the page you requested was not found”
App does not work and there is not any support for it
  • Doesn’t work/Wi-Fi connection issue

When trying to set up the device it requests a search of the local Wi-Fi network. When you attempt the search, it says that my “...iPhone doesn’t enable Wi-Fi connection”

Call customer service, and they say that there are many iOS users having this problem. Their action plan was to get back with me in a few days. Csr was breathing heavily into the phone and somewhat unresponsive to my questions.

    This should be interesting...
  • iLive App on iPhone Error

Received Voice Activated Clock with Alexa product, but the iLive app keeps saying I do not have WiFi enabled on my iPhone, but that is incorrect. Really frustrated by this because I was really looking forward to using this product. I hope they solve the issue because it seems many people are running into this same problem after reading the Reviews.
  • Doesn’t work!

No matter what device are use, it says the device is unable to find a Wi-Fi connection. Which is total bull crap as I have Wi-Fi enabled on the devices. There’s something gravely wrong with this new app update. My lovely multi room speaker is now no longer functional via Wi-Fi; nor am I able to use the app at all to enable presets for the buttons or to select stations from Pandora or iHeartRadio. I surely hope the developer is reading this review and addresses this grave issue promptly.
  • App not working

Along with the rest of the users here, I cannot get it to work with any of my Apple devices. My wife got a new concierge speaker with Alexa and I had to use an old Samsung to get it working. I am curious about this app tho, if I’m reading correctly, you can sync additional speakers/amazon devices. That would be cool but they need to update the software to work with iOS 12.x. Bummer cause their ratings are getting killed.
  • App lacks any usable interface

The app fails to detect my garbage Concierge wireless speaker. Wi-Fi is enabled, I am using the 2.4 GHz radio on my wireless AP, and I can connect directly to the unsecured network of the wireless speaker... but I only have the option to “Search” on the app with nothing else. When tapping Search all I see is this incoherent message that is not accurate to my problem:

“Your device doesn't enable Wi-Fi connection”
  • Same problem

So maybe a month ago my mom got this speaker for her anniversary gift and I had no issues with it, it was working perfectly fine then we got a upgrade in internet connect which required to reconnect the Wi-Fi... apparently I’m not the only person having issues with the app connecting to the Wi-Fi when I’m most definitely connected to it... I guess it’s the new update? However whatever it is, needs to be fixed as soon as possible
  • Garbage

Thus far I have to say this is garbage. I finally have the app connected to the speaker. Now the app will not play my music from pandora. Why? Don’t know. My playlists show up, but no music. I go to the pandora app on my phone, guess what, plays fine on the phone. But will not play from speaker. What’s even more infuriating is the blue tooth will not connect to anything I have.

    Just garbage.

    Garbage!!!!!
  • Needs some upgrades

Not a bad app however I wish there was control for your lock screen or at least a widget instead of having to go into the app to do anything with it including volume
  • Easy App

This app was pretty ease to use. I used it to setup my ILive speaker and it was pretty self explanatory and easy to walk through. It only to a couple of minutes and I think that was due to user impatience.
If it says failure to connect go ahead and do the alternative method - that is super easy.
