Technical Issues
How can you have issues with the app in IOS at Christmas? How many people received items as gifts and couldn’t enjoy them. After multiple attempts at loading and deleting and reloading the app (as suggested on-line) on multiple devices I finally called customer service to be told this is a know issue and it’s been escalated but it’s going to take a couple days. A couple of days! How in this day and age does it take a couple of days for anything. If I could rate this as zero stars I would.Not Happy in Texas
Very disappointed
I was reading through the reviews thinking, wow, I have this same exact problem. I cannot enter the app without the same text showing I am not connected to WiFi. I have an Alexa Concierge Platinum and I cant even get Bluetooth to work?!?! My iphone won’t pick it up. I can only use the aux which is utter crap because I didn’t spend all this money for a aux cord speaker. For those who did get Bluetooth to work, how did you do it? I’d be much happier if I AT LEAST got that. This needs to be fixed ASAP or else I’m getting my money back.SunshinyGurl
Useless app
As all the others have mentioned, it needs an update. What a disappointing gift, cannot even use. Bluetooth works fine but defeats the purpose of using Alexa. Developers have no answers when you try to contact. Please update to work with latest iOS versions. The iOS version I currently have has been out for sometime now, and this app still isn't compatible...says a lot about the developer.Tanodash
UPDATE THE APP!! I CAN’T USE MY ALEXA iLive!
This used to be a good app. Then when I go to use my Alexa iLive Concierge it won’t work. It’s pretty much an expensive paperweight now!
The app keeps saying I need to enable my Wi-Fi on my iPhone it’s enabled! I have tried on several devices we have and it won’t work. After reading the other recent reviews I see it’s a failure to update your app. Once you update your app and it works correctly as it did before I will change my rating.FireflyRamsey
WiFi connection issues
I just bought this speak and I was hoping it was as easy as they said it was going to be, I downloaded the app twice still says my phone isn’t enable WiFi connection when it is also I tried doing it the “alternative” ways and they didn’t work oh also change it’s to 5ghz to 2.4ghz like it said to do still doesn’t let me connection my speaker to the WiFi.radtonio
It worked once...
When I first purchased it, I had no other smart devices. It set up very well. Poor speaker quality but it worked. Set up new devices and tried to use it with Echo - no can do. Then it disconnected and the app no longer lets you set up the device. Deleted and redownloaded app. Nothing. Now I have a paper weight.deronent
App poorly made and doesn’t work
I just got an iLive speaker and when I downloaded this app on the phone I’m currently using with the Wi-Fi I’m also currently using, when I press search it just brings up this bright yellow message that says my Wi-Fi hasn’t been enabled. You can’t press anything else, nothing at all can be done, it just shows this message and that’s it. I don’t know what to do with it. Honestly there’s a reason this app has such low reviews and so little people have downloaded it. It isn’t user friendly, it isn’t well made (seems incredibly basic), and it is sadly essential to the devise which makes the other problems way worse.Andysix4ever
Fix the WiFi connection
Maybe the app is down on Christmas Day. However our family bought three of the I live alarm clocks we aren’t able to connect any of our devices with the app.
App fails each time when attempting to determine the WiFi connectivity... no retry button or any choice for selecting which WiFi to connect to. Critical error failures.

When I first set up the ap it would only work from the Apple store ( the ap did not download to my phone-however it worked) now that the ap is actually on my phone it doesn’t work anymore!!! Speakers says it’s connected but when I enter the ap it doesn’t show the device and says that my phone won’t enable the wi-fi in my settings I see the device.Madd1045
Sorry a total waste of money
If you bought the concierge platinum Alexa enabled Wi-Fi speaker this app will not work with the current iPhone X. I will give it one week with the developers to update the app or the speaker will be going back to big lots it’s useless without this app because there is no way to program your Wi-Fi info into the speaker without it. Furthermore I’m nervous that the speakers will become useless piles of junk if the app continues to get such terrible support.Merlinll
