Awful
Absolutely awful service. This company used to be the best by far, but it has just gone further and further downhill. Getting a taxi even remotely on time is near impossible. You can book 2 days in advance and it still turns up late. The app is completely broken, it randomly signs you out and won't let you sign back in. Signing up doesn't work, "forgotten password" emails never arrive. Avoid this like the plague. No wonder Uber is getting more and more popular in Harlow.

Total mess
This app should be taken down. When an app doesn’t serve its purpose, it should be taken down. An area will be booked and it will change it to a total different area and authorise then the whole point of booking a taxi will be messed up as you won’t know until your taxi doesn’t show up.

Awful. Tried to book a cab 3 times and every time i got a text saying ‘your booking has been successfully cancelled’ stick to uber! Get told to support local businesses but this is rubbish. Ta

Booked a cab said 6 minutes away, 10 minutes late 6 minutes away and then cancelled.

Service is 5 star but the app needs a lot of work
When you put in your postcode your booking doesn’t get acknowledged.. even when you put in the correct street there seems to always be a problem with the booking as the poor divers have to always call to confirm where I am. Make their lives easier please as they are the best part of the service. Many thanks

I’ve tried setting this up several times but app doesn’t send a code to my phone, guess I’ll stick with associated cars which works fine

This app says that it will be there at a time but it turns out it articles 10 - 30 mins later!
