Impressive Features
The IncredibleBank app is amazing! I love the many different features offered in this app that other banking mobile apps do not offer, including opening an account, sending money to friends and family by Zelle, mobile deposit, the ability to use a quick PIN or finger print log in (rather than entering a long username and password each time), chatting with an IncredibleBank employee for assistance and managing the debit card - all within the app.

Was good until Incredible Bank took over
Not sure if the issues I’m seeing are due to the pandemic or if the app just isn’t any good. Was very pleased with my old River Valley app, then once they switched to Incredible Bank, nothing is up to date.
It is currently Monday the 18th and my last updated day on the app is from the PREVIOUS MONDAY. I don’t even know if my balance reported is even correct because so many transactions aren’t being reported, they’re not even in the pending section. Really frustrating to deal with.
