Incredibly easy to use
I was very hesitant to download this app but when I was unable to use safari on my computer, I asked for help at the bank. With some effort she talked me into trying it. I was shocked to find out how easy it is to use. I would recommend it for everyone!
One of the best banking apps
IncredibleBank was one of the first internet banks in the country, which is what led me to become a customer. It’s cool to see them now putting the same resources into mobile banking technology.

Typically good, terrible for travelers
I use the app every day to keep track of my expenses, and I never have any issues when in the US. However, when I travel internationally, it sees that I’m not in my typical region and locks the app unless I can verify my identity... but every single verification option is through phone number, which doesn’t work when I’m not in the US. Even the verification app that you can use is dependent on phone number. This means that I can’t use the app for the 3 months I’m in Spain right now, which is a giant pain in the rear end and very frustrating. I wish they included another verification option to sign in, like questions or email, but alas.

Hard on Eyes
I understand you rebranded and want to match color schemes, but this new app is hard on the eyes. It needs the ability to change color schemes to something darker or less harsh.
