Great app
Great and functional app. This app is well developed and is very user friendly. I can access everything I want at my fingertips. Definitely much better than the apps that I have used for my banks in US.

When trying to do an international transfer it gave me a backoffice bug. When trying to submit a complaint about this, the input form also bugged out.

App does not open at all.
The app gets stuck on the splash screen since the last update. I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro. Also doesn’t work on an iPhone X.

App i shfaqur si risi nga BKT. Por duhet te jet me inovativ duke filluar qe nga nderfaqa qe eshte stil i viteve 2000 me gradient. Hidhini nje sy Chase per inspirim ose unicredit . Gjths Nice job
