can’t delete the app

the app won’t delete from my phone

Most time consuming and convoluted Install EVER!

My sympathies if you have to install this - plan for several hours and ton of reading to troubleshoot.

It’s from BB, so it’s not unexpected.

One of the worst apps

One of the worst apps in the App Store. Server issue prevents users from installing the app and being authenticated. Interface is incredibly dated. Seems no maintenance or work has been done on this app.

Lacks basic functionality

You can’t paste a password or open up Apple passwords for login. Company policy is setup to re-enter password every week…So I have to write out my complex password to be able to login…This is against cyber security due to now having it written out every week. Let’s update to the current decade!

Simply doesn’t work

So many issues with this app. It cannot be relied on and randomly stops working all the time.

Buggy. Crashes. Notifications don’t work.

Notifications tend to break with most every update. You just stop receiving them until they finally fix it again. I installed today’s update hoping it would fix notification issues from last week’s update. Instead the app just crashes once opened. Really poor product and I hope my organization chooses a new vendor soon.

Buggy and rarely works

Our company mandates we use this application for work. Its UI is awful and emails constantly fail to load the body. Search doesn’t seem to actually search.

Terrible terrible terrible

App stopped working on my wife’s iPhone 11, presumably since credentials at her work expired. While she put in a request to reactivate her UEM based credentials, I completely uninstalled all BlackBerry apps and data from her iPhone and updated her from iOS 13.3 to latest 14.5. Reinstalled UEM from AppStore and it almost bricks her iPhone. Repeating error message box: ‘Directory’ is no Longer Available.
You cannot kill UEM and it’s difficult to reboot phone since error box keeps popping up. You can tell there is some amateur programmer behind this. I suspect they are storing something in iCloud in a non-compliant way with no way for the user to manage iCloud usage.

Poor app

Massively complicated and clunky. Face ID stopped working so now left with having to manually enter my password every time 😡

Awful Service

I am another victim of a corporate company enforcing archaic applications to satisfy some business dealings. The BlackBerry applications are extremely not user friendly. They are poor at providing me with my emails. Things were easier when it all ran through the default mail app. I would be more than happy to join the 21st century by switching over to Office 365, though!
