This app is terrible. Most of the time it is unable to access the remote server due to some access issue. I was told by my work IT that this occurs on the corporate network, however I encounter this issue everywhere. Very sporadically the app will connect to the server and function as it should but there does not seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when that will happen. Attempting to reinstall the app and access the remote gateway through regular/private/vpn does not seem make a difference as to whether it will connect or not.
