The app was developed out of scientific principles. Functionality App The tachometer (in different colors) indicates the difficulty of the training set. Blue corresponds to the lightest intensity, red the medium intensity and black the highest intensity. Once you have decided on a training set, the set-up menu appears and all the exercises are listed in the form of a video. The athlete's best to start with the first video and trained sequentially through to the last video. Among the videos are the reps. The stopwatch time is displayed in seconds and rowing a distance is given in meters. On the right side there is a small arrow. If you click the arrow you enter a separate menu where the execution of the exercise will be explained in detail. We move you. It workX!!
