Serial no but working

My son got the cards along with the headset for Christmas. Followed the instructions on the card and it says the serial number is wrong.

Serial number doesn’t work

Unbelievable, it seems that everyone who bought this product can’t get it to work on Christmas Day. I guess There will be millions of returns. Even their Facebook has nothing.

Terrible

Installed app , when going to scan the dinosaur it asks for the serial number onbthe cards and it says error or retype !!!! Not impressed

Please make sure to have stable internet connection 2.) Please make sure your device has at least 2GB RAM memory 3.) Serial issues

Bought this for my son for Christmas, he’s unable to play with it because it keeps saying the serial # we have for it (it’s on the cards you get with the headset) isn’t correct even though it’s being typed in exactly as printed on the card. Very frustrating!
