Was good now rubbish , won’t connect unless your on WiFi with defeats the object ... anyone know any better appsFox in the box

Was working great until the update, app went from red to green version 2.0.14, now it crashes every 2mins, this is ridiculous, cant view nothing, sort it out quickly 😡😡😡😡😡
And now you have done another upgrade bugs fix, it still crashes, it is beyond useless, i wish we had not bought this system, why cant you people just sort it out? Is it really that hard?Show lessTolo20371

Doesn’t work
Since last update and ikon change from red to green it doesn’t work properly!!! Shows only 4 out of 16 of my cameras and turns off in the middle of watching!! It is so annoying!!!Bfjdisokxjx
Minor bug fix introduced major problems.
This App worked well until the recent update. Since the update the program keeps dropping out out on both my iPhone and iPad making very frustrating to use.
Before the update I couldn’t fault the App.ldj27
Doesn’t work!
This app was working perfectly until the App colour changed from red to green!!!! Now the app flashes on my iPad/phone for approx 10 seconds and then shuts down. This is absolutely no use when you want to see what’s going on around your home when you are away. Please sort this out.Clef50
