  • I’d rather pay fines than use this app

    This is a prime example of why monopolies are illegal. Let’s get another competitor in this niche.
  • Would be good if it worked

    App constantly crashes. There’s tons of bugs. One particular annoying one is that if I press the notification of a new email and am taken to the app, while trying to view the email an in app notification appears for the same email. If you press go to the whole app freezes up and crashes. This currently isn’t a problem though since I can’t get anything in the app to load as it crashes while trying to open!

  • Can’t get back on

    This app is great to stay connected but it frequently logs you out and makes it hard to get back in. I am currently logged out for some reason and my password doesn’t work. When I send the link to reset my password, I never get the email. I just can’t use it now and I’m not sure how to fix it.
  • Great Tool!

    Helping a chapter stay organized and being able to find information can be a real challenge. The chapter I work with had really struggled with a previous platform, but MCR has solved many of these issues. A good training session with leaders and chapter members each semester solves most user issues- I’ve also always had fast response and good experience chatting in for assistance. Highly recommend for chapters who need to increase operational excellence and make leaders and advisors lives easier!

  • Don’t buy

    The only reason my chapter uses this is because the founder was a member. This app literally never works and causes so many more problems than it helps. It never lets you scan into events (the only purpose because email chains exist for free outside this app) and half the time you won’t get passed a white screen. Never subscribe to this system until they actually have the tech behind it because it’s sucked for years

  • Good Setup But Seems to Lag

    As with all sites, the desktop setup works better than the app. I tend to experience a lot of lag between switching pages whereas my computer has no issues using the same WiFi. It’s also hard to tell what messages in mail I have/haven’t opened. Maybe an indicator similar to Gmail so that I can save time diffentiating between old and new mail? Other than the lag and issues with deciphering new mail, the overal organization and aesthetic of the set up is good!

  • It never works

    I can not get this app to work more than 10 minutes a week. Constantly glitching, crashing, logging me out. Especially now when mobile communication is so important, I highly recommend another app.
  • Okay! Needs an update

    Parts of the app are really useful like the calendar, ability to enter achievements, excuses, and the resources section. However, there are other parts that need a tech updated because they are clunky and outdated, like the mail feature. Ideally it should work like any other email client. Our chapter does not use the communicate menu at all due to this. The whole system needs an update in this regard instead of the addition of new sections and features. Sub menus are confusing and sometimes hard to find sections you want.
