  • High Potential

This app has potential, very good. Looking forward to continuous support. But please add Apple Health "Read" support so data can be interchangeable between all my tracking apps. Also please add Calorie tracking support for Apple Health.
  • SMS alert

I bought the Mi band 2 for many reasons but one was for the alarms. The one alert I wanted the most will not work on the mi fit app. It’s funny my wife has a iPhone 4s and her sms works but not email. I have a iPhone 8 with iOS 11.3 and mine works the opposite way. I see with the mi heart rate app you can only turn on sms alert if I buy it. So how can I be sure it will work if it doesn’t on other app? I would buy your app if I no for sure it will work. Can you help me fix this issue of no sms alerts?
    Thank you
    Dave

  • Is sleep tracking coming to this app?

Love the app. Is sleep tracking going to be added in the future?
  • App or band wrong?

The app design is good but it is showing my HR fluctuating between 48 and 124 which I am pretty certain it is not doing. If I sit still the rate corresponds with my Oximeter but when I move about the readings go crazy. As the info is coming from the band I am not sure if it is the fault of the band or the movement. If it is correct I need to see my cardiologist ASAP!
ETA After a few days I discovered that there is a problem and I really do need to see my cardiologist! I realise also the instructions say to keep still so the readings when I was moving were probably wrong but the night time ones were fairly accurate as I checked the rate against my Kardia.

Hello Zuliya, thanks for the feedback. This is not medical device so measurements might have some fluctuation. We were disccussing this problem heavily and decided that we will not do any data processing and will show everything what comes from the band. In the end You as user will decide if something is just a measuring problem or You should visit Your cardiologist. Those are not easy decisions and some users might not like it but we thing that users should decide by themself and we just give them the most data we have to support that decision. In case of any issues You can always contact us at support@mimhr.com
  • Crashes

The app is crashing after connecting a Band 2.
    Edit: Now it’s working fine.
  • Random stops

App works great when it work, but every couple of hours it will randomly stop and get disconnected.
Active heart rate monitor will drain the battery 3x as fast (I didn't mind this).
Heart rate monitor will sometimes stop even when the band is still connected to the phone/app.

Overall 5 bucks isn't bad for the app, but it definitely needs improvement.

Back to the official app for me.

  • New version buggy

Old version was fine. New version is very buggy. Heart rate upper and lower limits not working properly. I get lower limit warnings even when I have it off. It seems harder to connect to the miband as well not sure what happened but this version isn’t great.

Loaded the redesigned app of Feb 1 and is still crashing constantly on my iPad. I want to love this app, but I can't use it when it always crashes.

  • set heart monitoring rate

czescz Hubert, I got the premium version but a good way to save battery is to make an option or slow down the heart monitoring rate. Right now it looks like your heart is being monitored every second which is very battery draining. I think it would be better to make an option to check every 10-30 seconds and then collect the average of that to save much more battery. I am interested to see my heart rate throughout the day but in its current state it is very battery draining to leave on all say

    Developer Response

Hello Blabbytaco, thanks for the feedback. There is a bit of problem with iOS and continuous measuring. If You don't comunicate with the band frequently iOS will suspend the app which will stop measuring at all. At the moment there is no chance to efectively measure HR with frequency. Have You seen new, redesigned version?
