  • Good app

    I’ve been using the Mi Fit app which works well, however the smart alarm function of this app is most useful :)
    I do find the heart rate a bit hit and miss, doesn’t always work despite being connected, not sure why??
    If that worked too, would definitely give a 5 star rating.....

  • DEFECTIVE!!!

    This app crashes immediately after opening. Do not waste your money as the app site REFUSES to help with this issue after many attempts to contact them. This app is very much needed to work with the device but unfortunately it does not!
  • Mi Heart Rate

    The free app works fine for me so I’ll give it a nice 4/5. Anyone know if the paid version of this app let’s you just keep the heart rate tracking turned on for the entire day and have the results recorded at different time intervals? And without having to keep the phone on?

    Hello Babydick666, thanks for the feedback. We do not support interval measuring as it is impossible to do it properly on iOS at the moment. Continuous measuring would last for around 12h and than Mi Band battery would die. And You always have to have Your phone in band's range. There is no chance at all to do it the other way on any platform.
  • Garbage!

    The free part of the app worked fine, however, as soon as I purchased the premium app, it wouldn’t work. Every time the app is opened it closes after a couple of seconds. Useless.

    Thanks for the great response time to app bugs! This app does a great job and makes my Mi Band 2 even more useful.
  • Update broke it

    This app worked great with the 10 minute free trial but after I paid for the pro version it just crashes every time I open the app.
  • Buggy

    The app crashed immediately after connecting to my device and then immediately after every attempt to relaunch it. Deleting and reinstalling didn’t help.
  • Does not work continuously

    The app seemed to work fairly well when I first purchased the premium upgrade. However I have not been able to get any HR readings for a number of months. I would like a refund as this no longer works.

    Hello Scottdepro, thanks for the info. In case of refund You have to request it at Apple. Unfortunatelly we have no influence on that. But please give us one more chance as app should definatelly work. Please try to: 1. Update to the most recent version. 2. Turn off bluetooth / upair and than reconnect again.   • Doesn't work

    Worked first time. Purchased for £2.99 unlimited readings and then it does nothing. Deleted and reinstalled and now it's lost my purchase and still doesn't work.
    Update: restoring purchase worked however the app is still glitchy. I have found the best way of getting it to work is to start the readings (which won't work) confirm the app on the watch. Then press stop and re-start. Cadence does nothing at all so don't know why that is an option. When it works it's good but it is too glitchy at the moment to warrant 5 stars. Thanks for the developer who actually took the time to respond to my review which shows their heart is in the right place.
