Great app, if only it had monthly subscription

Watch out, they make it hard to cancel!
I later cancelled my subscription through Apple Settings/Subscriptions/Welltory last year and wasn't charged.
But then I upgraded my iPhone and somehow I'm on the Premium plan. Welltory charged my credit card, the full yearly price $99 USD (that's almost $150 Canadian)!
I never subscribed for it, and there's no way to cancel my subscription! I went to Apple settings/subscription on my iPhone, but Welltory isn't even listed as an app (both in active and inactive categories)!
They seem to make it very hard to cancel, and surprise you with charges.
