App is not working

The update has forced us to put our password in again. Link to sign in from app says it can not be opened. Can’t order with credit card as guest because it is associated with the original account.

No More Rewards Program

The new updated app removed the entire rewards program. I had a decent amount saved up in there as well. Don’t bother downloading.

Updated app is awful

I’ve been using the app to order ahead at FUSIAN for years now. The app was easy to use and clear. The latest update is anything but and you can no longer pay trough the app in-store.

Rewards/ payments

I can no longer pay with the app in the store. I lived FUSIAN’s reward program. It is no longer existent due to new app. It brought me in the store.

Serious downgrade

The new update has removed the points / rewards system. There are no more status level (silver, gold, etc) and no more benefits for birthdays or special deals. There seems to be no point to this app anymore, might as well order in the restaurant (since this does not take long at all). Very disappointing and this has definitely made me less likely to be eating at FUSIAN going forward.

Miss old app w/points

I don’t get to earn points now because I go into the store to order my food.
Apps Only good to order food before you go.
An no mention or explanation of points program. I like the old app.

Really missing option to order and dine in to earn rewards.

New app links one card to your rewards account

The new app only allows you to use one credit card with your rewards. This was automatically linked to one of my credit cards; I can’t access the back end to switch it to a different credit card which I actually use more often. Users should have the ability to link the card of their choice to their account. Unfortunately I think I may need to start a new account to fix this issue.

Customer support in the app points you to the local store for help. This doesn’t seem like an issue they will be able to address.

Been a customer for years, where are my points?

I’ve spent so much money here over the years. Almost reaching Platinum Status and now points are just…gone? The system was not broken. I am so confused by the “New” App offering next to nothing for those rewards I had and I feel it’s very unintuitive with any discounts you get. The best food apps are the ones I can see my rewards and points on the front page, not locked somewhere behind a bunch of stuff.
