One of the worst food apps
There are consistently problems with payment. Need to update your card on file because the old one expired? Sure there is a button. Typed in all your info? Yup! Click save - nothing happens. Click save 30 more times, close it, open it find all your data is still there and hit save again? Nada. Go to your profile instead of the cart to replace your payment info? Sure - same issue though. Force close the app and then type it all in and save it? That works! But… now you can’t get back to the cart because the button to close the menu is off the screen.
Cool. Cool. Force close it again and get back in the cart. Go to order and address can’t be verified. Well that’s odd. Type in the address again and it gives you the “suggested address”, select it aaannnddd - address can’t be verified.
Throw phone. Pick up phone. Call order in. Awesome.
I would love to say this was a once issue but it’s not. App has been deleted and reinstalled. Have had the issues on multiple phones. This app is completely trash and any amount of user acceptance testing would have caught that.

Pizza is great, App needs a lot of work
The app also fails to save my login information and refuses to let me log in after 1 use. As a workaround you can delete the app, redownload it, log in, and this will let you place a SINGLE order to get/use rewards features before closing the app and again being logged out permanently until you delete and redownload the app again.
I love Donato’s pizza, but as expensive as it is compared to competitors it gives a gut feeling like this incredible disconnect in the app’s user experience for MONTHS now is deliberately to inconvenience the customer so that they don’t bother with the hassle of gaining their rewards points or using them to cut the price of their orders even a little bit.
I get significantly less Donato’s than I used to because of how clunky and disappointing the app is to deal with.

Thank you for this very specific feedback! We definitely don't want to inconvenience our customers, and it helps to know what the pain points are so we can fix them! You should be able to click in the red banner at the top of the menu to get to deals once you've selected a location. And, you should be able to get rewards points without logging in. If you signed up with a mobile number, you can check your rewards points by texting BALANCE to 88188. Please email us at custservice@donatos.com so we can make this up to you!
