No more monthly Craver Nation deals?
As much as I love the double cheeseburger, this revamped app has completely ruined it for well over half of the loyals who did use the app at some point in time. Now you have the option to play a game which earns you points to redeem. No more monthly coupons or anything like this. Whoever has been placed as head of marketing within the last 18 months decides to reward all the Reach Magazine readers and get rid of what used to be available on the app. The only use for this app now is to order ahead. It’s a real shame. Hearing of Wendy’s closing multiple locations this past week, White Castle is nowhere near the size customer base. So long to the few thousand of us who were still spending our hard earned money on their app. There’s no incentive to keep the app. Unless you’re simply trying to avoid the invisible “line” at the drive-thru. That no longer exists. Just without your 20% off for using their app. Very sad to see this franchise’s failure. McD’s has shown all of you how these apps should work. This one has failed miserably over the past 12 months (see Head of Marketing). Just Delete it, don’t ever bother downloading it. You won’t use it. Better luck checking your mailbox than this app.
