Poor service
There seemed to be a lot of teens working at this store. I counted 8 I could see. I repeated my order a total of 4 times at the order screen. When I got to the window I had to correct the girl 3 more times. She was giving 6 packs of dressing for 1 very small nasty tasting salad. I told her I only need one. But I still received 2 packets. I asked for a large drink no ice. Which was repeated 4 times. I drink had ice.
The food tasted good all but the salad. I asked for no tomato. She said they’re prepared before hand. I told her that would be okay. I’m not allergic I just don’t like them. You should offer different varieties of your salad.
As I said food was good. But some one needs to train these people to listen when taking ordersShow lessReally Offensive

Ok here we go! Great staff here in Warrensburg Missouri. I should have been entering this all along. But I’m finally on your application.
It was a nice surprise to see Joe manning the front counter tonight. You have a fantastic, kind and knowledgeable employee here. He’s a wonderful hardworking “people” person. Plus his service and smile doesn’t leave you at the counter….he carries it to the dining room with all the considered touches of fine dining! Thank YOU, JOE!
There is also another employee named Dillion who is also people friendly, knowledgeable and kind.. I should have been entering him all along too. Thank YOU,DILLION!
The employees in Warrensburg this evening were working well, food was timely and good. The dining room was clean. But even with that said, what makes your Fazoli’s in Warrensburg a cut above…. IS THE NICENESS OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. Please treat them well and keep them.

In todays world excellent customer care is hard to find. Today I stopped in to have lunch with my daughters 17, 11, and 7. We had a great experience. The best part was having Lindsay help not only take our order but she went out of her way to let my 7 and 11 year olds help her do the restaurant under the sea Christmas decorations. She was so generous and kind hearted. They had a blast! She has amazing customer services skills and great personality. Thanks again Lindsay!Show lessBreadsticklover
