5G wifi connection
After repeated attempts to establish a wifi connection the camera still will not work. The other options are impractical for us. Also, there something loose within the camera housing, it rattles when shaken.Roman1125

This is about the best. I would liked it to be a bit smaller, it’s quite a large door bell, And it would be good if we could alter the motion detection sensor, I live on a main road so anything goes by it sets it of ? That’s a shame , if they could put some sort of changing the sensitivity of the detector, but it does work better than the 3 I’ve put in the in,Show lessSuzukimac
Horrible product and no customer service!!
This device came with no instructions and no customer service support..
The security alarm keeps going off for Jo reason and can't be disabled unless you unplug it....

Great app
This is a great app for my IP cam and home alarm. I can add door and motion sensor and I get alarm notifications on my phone. It records when the alarm is triggered and I can access the cam and recordings remotely.nanayb
Rubbish App and rubbish product!
Not very user friendly and the "AKASO Wireless IP camera Wifi Security Home Monitoring" that it works with is BAD half the features don't work and security wise doesn't feel safe.Desperatedandog
