Was working great but is now busted
Some time this morning my app went from working exactly as advertised to completely broken. I’ve tried logging out and resetting my password, deleting and reinstalling the app; no luck, I keep getting the cryptically ungrammatical error “You are not permitted to do perform this action.” I look forward to the app going back to its previous working stateShow lessel_reimundo

I love that the monitor not only reports on my iPhone, but also on Apple Watch. That ability has saved me multiple times from leaving the door open.
When the batteries were replaced, and I went thru the reset processes, it stopped notifying. However, my email to support was answered in minutes. “In the app, log out and back in.” (Then... wait a few minutes.) presto - it worked again.
If you own a Tesla, you don’t need GDB Remote. Just use your Tesla app to open or close the door.Show lesswwschwartz

Notifications aren’t working
Please fix. Notifications aren’t working on IOS11 on iPhone 8.
Update. DO NOT PURCHASE. The door monitor is not currently functioning with IOS 11
