HELP!
I purchased the BYD: Live app a few months ago and now it's requesting for me to subscribe again. I've deleted and reinstalled the app twice and it's still not working. I have contacted 3 different people from the app support website listed here and no one is helping me to resolve this situation. Help me please! I've used the app before and it worked well for me until a month or 2 ago now. I'm using iPad Air 2. Do I need to subscribe again because it won't let me restore my subscription? Subscribing again will require another payment. I thought this was an annual subscription program. It has only been a few months since purchased and unfortunately I've lost about 2 months worth of usage due to app error. HELP!!!Show less
