Update doesn’t work

I just updated the app and the app won’t connect to with my bed. I have restarted my iPhone, deleted and reinstalled the app and it still does not work. everything time I try the setup process it disconnects my bed and stays on the “connecting screen”. please fix immediately. my bed is not stuck in this position

Linkage app not working

If you want an app to control your bed, try the AA American Adjustable Bed app, it identical to Linak’s and connects perfectly.

Not working

This worked great for a little while and then with the latest 13.5.2 update it’s no longer working. Wouldn’t be bad if after 6 months their remote didn’t crap out during the worst time possible March 2020. So I’m handicapped, my bed is stuck in one position, I can’t turn correctly and can’t move the one thing that make my life easier.

Doesn’t work

This does not work after your update and I have no remote so now my bed is stuck in up position

Bad update

“Device not connected” after I had to set it up again.

Bug fix

Worked great until the bug fix a couple of days ago. Now my phone won’t connect. Reinstalled the app and still not working.

App stopped working won’t recognize connection

I liked the app and worked fine until it updated today. Now it won’t connect to my blue tooth even though I can connect with the driver. The app is flawed . I would revert back if I could.

Update today doesn’t work

The app was updated today and it doesn’t work. I can connect for the initial setup and when I get to the final page I get a message Device Disconnected. Once OK you can initiate the app to connect for control but it doesn’t connect. The Bluetooth phone app shows connected to device but the app does not. I have rebooted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. I have reset the Bluetooth by unplugging and replugging back in with no luck.
