Take control of your comfort with the app that lets you control your TEMPUR-Ergo™ adjustable base. The TEMPUR-Ergo™ Premier Adjustable Base includes a virtually unlimited number of ergonomic positions along with soothing massage. With 3 zones (head, foot and lumbar) and 4 program choices (standard, wave, synchronized wave and pulse), you can customize the massage sensation to your preference. Connect directly to the base or set up the app to control your TEMPUR-Ergo adjustable base through your home network, eliminating the need to manually switch between wireless networks. Compatible only with TEMPUR-Ergo™ Premier and TEMPUR-Ergo™ Grand (v2) adjustable bases. Requires functional, installed Wi-Fi module included with the aforementioned products. Not compatible with the TEMPUR-Ergo™ Advanced or TEMPUR-Ergo™ Basic adjustable bases, or the first-generation TEMPUR-Ergo™ Grand adjustable base.   • Scam - if you lose remote

    Paid over 6k for a bed that can’t work without a remote. Well, I lost it. And now the bed doesn’t work. The App doesn’t work. And would need to pay over 100$ for a new remote. Biggest regret of a purchase has been Tempur-Pedic. Do not buy this piece of junk bed.

  • Update for iOS 14.5; Update: it works with iOS 14.2 Isn’t working with iOS 14

    In iOS 14.5, you have to go to “Local Network” under Privacy settings and turn on Ergo for the Ergo app to work.

    It stopped working again!!!! Thanks for fixing it! It works fine with iOS 14.2 This app worked great for years, but when my iPhone updated to iOS 14, it no longer connects to the ergo control module. Please fix this. Meanwhile, I have to dig out the clunky remote control and find batteries for it.

  • Does not work anymore

    So disappointed, the app doesn’t work anymore
    I called Tempurpedic customer service and they said this base is being discontinued and no longer available. Therefore they do not support the app

    In other words, I’m screwed
