Screen keeps going black
Screen goes black and stays black. UPDATE. I reinstalled it and got a shiny new version of Surrey Live.Gwenmbit

There is a link to manage your cookies but if you click reject all it defaults to accept all when you try to save. How can I delete the cookies that are now installed on my phone without having to reset everything? Annoyed. I think I will delete the app though I don’t think that will get rid of the cookies.Show lessBusy VM

Hi there. We are sorry to hear you might want to leave the app. Your concern around cookies is puzzling, as the app doesn't have or show cookie warnings, as it's a native application. Please use the Feedback option in My Account to generate an email, and include as much information about the issue you are seeing, along with any screenshots you can supply. Like this app but.....
It is slow to load, and when I get a notification of something that will be of interest I just get taken to a page with very brief information. Odd also that it recommends I download Surrey Live when I am already reading it. This could be so much better.Pellynut
