Notifications issue
I get a notification of a news item but when I try to view the link the detail is not availableMerrow_Man
Links don’t link
I frequently receive news updates on my home screen asking me to click on the link for further info. 8/10 the link doesn’t take me to the article and when I get onto the app, the article doesn’t exist. Really irritating.Grotticia
Good but could be excellent
It’s great having the local news but there is functionality missing from the app. One thing is it logs me out every time I use it, if I want to comment I have to log in which is annoying. Another thing is the media content is haphazard if you get something related to the content or just an advert.Nay xoxo
Good to keep up to date
Am enjoying keep abreast of events happening in my local community. Updated regularly. Works well on both my iPhone and iPad. Highly recommend. You can select just your area if you don’t want news on the whole of surrey.Debs of Walton
Data needs updating
Although the App is easy to use, the data you can see needs to be updated far more frequently.
The competitions page has nothing current and goes back to 2013.
Selecting news for a local area brings up items outside that area.VeryGreyGardener
Nice to keep up with local news
The app is easy to use and brings news quickly and accurately straight to my iPad (and iPhone while out and about)! News feeds in quickly and it’s great to be able to drill down to my area! Very good app 😊Dizzyme07

Great little app. Nice to have news & travel updates that are more local.
Would like to see more places included.....Redhill, Woking, Dorking & Guildford aren’t the only places in Surrey. Don’t forget little old Horley ;-)Cooper Sport
Limited Option
For some reason Horley doesn’t exist in Surrey in his app as there’s no option to add it to the front page - apparently Horley is now part of Redhill or Reigate. Also video link doesn’t work and just shows a video about reporting incidents to the police rather than the story being covered.DP66DP
Best news app available
Regularly updated with interesting and well written local news stories. Breaking news coverage is excellent.Redvers Cunningham
Getting Surrey Overseas
As a former Resident of Surrey (Ashtead Village) now Living Overseas, It is an Absolute Delight to be able to Stay Abreast of the Latest News so easily.
