Do not use this bank / tax service
I have never been so disappointed to write a review online for app / service … this is te worst service I’ve ever had.
If you want a flexible bank in Germany go for N26 or other
For tax service use Sorted. It’s far better and far cheaper.

Customer service is horrible avoid ! They charge you for services you don’t sign up for
However a year later I get a bill for 140 euros for a premium account when I never signed up to one .
I said surely this was a mistake via there customer services , and they refused to refund me ..
I even had to wait 48 hours to close the account because I will never ever do business with a company that doesn’t honour good customer service , and ofcourse charge me for something I never signed up for it didn’t want
For get how bad the app is the customer service is no existence and slack
Do not use !!!! Ever !! I have had over 8 bank accounts across my business and personal life and never have I had an issue like this
Not for for purpose do not touch !!!
