After the update, I can’t access the “manage your visit” tab and reserve dates.
Hard to access account
Very hard to log in. Can not use wifi or mobile data. Keeps loading and when it goes in. It bounces back out
Slow clunky and no filters for any of the differential information.
Simple features are lacking.
No offline ability to see maps loads each time. Timings are static and not with any info.
No warning or communication given.
No planning available.
Nothing that you would expect but a lot of other stuff that has potential if someone paid for feedback.

Gluten free
Very limited gluten free options for coeliac people, only one meal in one restaurant suitable and an unwillingness to change set meals to make gluten free. Really challenging and made food and snacks difficult despite taking our own picnic.

Trying to reserve a show ticket on app worst experience ever
Trying to reserve a show ticket on app and the app continually says timeout within 30 secs on entering guest information. Completely useless
Premier access
Bought a premier access pass thinking I could use it on the day I visit the app knows your location so knows you are not in the country and should not allow you to buy things that can only be used on the day of purchase knowing you are not in the country! Absolutely disgusting

Very unfriendly
The ticket system is very complicated and confusing. I just need a one day ticket. I don’t see why I have to buy a ticket for that day and I also have to reserve the date. I have spent more than an hour trying to “Reserve” our tickets. One of the tickets couldn’t be reserved manually.
Too crowded during Chinese New Year!
Long lines for everything, including food. Very accommodating server in Clopin’s Festival of Foods, found me a paper bag although they don’t usually supply them.
