Controls

Sad I have to give this app such a low review, I would really like to be able to use it :( The concept is great, I would love to have an app on my IPad to do sketchy MS Paint style sketches on, however…

First off, the undo/redo buttons are a pain to get to, they’re in the settings. Incredibly inconvenient for someone like me, who is undoing and redoing things *literally* every couple seconds. Also, the whole “mouse” control thing makes sense, and I did find the spot in the settings where you can change it, but it is still incredibly hard to navigate and I was unable to finish even one little doodle. :( Last major thing I have to point out, is that after just using the app for about… five-ish(?) minutes, it had completely reset my canvas multiple times even though I definitely didn’t tell it to. :(

Hope to see this app get a couple major updates at some point because I would really love to have an app similar to this just… useable. ^_^

Great but could be better

I use this app all the time to edit photos and make cutouts. Here is what I would suggest be updated.
1. I would appreciate that the custom shape tool (parallelogram) had the ability to adjust the line thickness size. This is my main tool. The smaller the better please.
2. The Text tool is really choppy. I have to use another app to add nice text.
3. It would be really nice to have the ability to rotate a selection. I know this isn’t a part of Paint.

Good but not close enough to paint like I need.

I’m known for my ms paint art, it’s been my big draw for years. And with an iPad I use it as my drawing screen for my PC. But when I want to go out and about but still want the ms paint feel, this has been the closest thing. Procreate brushes just don’t replicate as close as this app does to the OG ms paint. But it’s still not close enough for me. No copy and paste feature, the mouse aspect to click and hold it, meh. No color wheel and swatches is a huge pain. No easy canvas resizing. No cut, Etc. I honestly dread using this program sometimes because the lack of features that would make it actually good. So if you could possibly add in some more of those aspects to boost it, I would even pay for more ms paint like features!

AMAZINF

I love the nostalgic feel and how it makes ur art messy and choppy, the simplicity and purposeful difficulty to draw makes it even better. If your an artist looking for something new, try it!!!!

I LOVE IT BUT ONE SUGGESTION!

I love this so much! It’s amazing! I love everything about it except one thing.. I would love it you added a way to add multiple images to one canvas. I can import on photo but I can’t seem to add another photo to the same project. This feature would be helpful to artists because it would allow us to use reference photos and pull colors from those reference images. Other than that this app is perfect and I can’t even begin to describe how much I love it!!!!!

Great App, Just Needs One Tweak

If there was one thing I’d like in the app, is sensitivity adjustment for navigating the page.

I’m fine with using this odd ‘drag and place’ style, but please make it so that you can go quickly from one side, to the other side super quick. My thumbs are tired

Tracing

I wanted to trace an image so I added an image to trace and after I finished drawing over it I couldn’t found how to remove the image

Functional but flawed, does its job

This app is a very faithful recreation of MS paint, down to the flaws of it such as a lack of an opacity tool, layers, etc. but if you’re looking for MS paint on mobile this is it. The UI is a bit clunky and hard to use because it has buttons for right click and left click that you have to maneuver to use it but that’s just the way it goes about converting paint to phone. The only issue I really have is that trying to type numbers when resizing a canvas or section of the image or when choosing a color does NOT work at all. It just does not put the number you’re typing, for instance I was trying to resize the canvas up 200% and the app would not allow me to type a number higher than 100 without changing the number I typed to say 100. Idk what’s going on exactly behind the curtain but it’s essentially impossible to do anything on this app that requires typing numbers, and you can’t even copy and paste numbers from your clipboard to avoid having to deal with the bugginess.
