I absolutely love this app. 😄The only problem is the daily puzzle won’t load. So I deleted app and reinstalled it. I went back to level 1, which would have been okay if the daily puzzle would now load-but it still won’t!😬 Please fix this!

I enjoy playing the game.. how ever for months now I have not been able to play the daily challenge! I have uninstalled/reinstalled a few times but made no difference and now the game has lost all my progress each time. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Pls fix this as this is ridiculous!!! We really like this game. But about two months ago the daily puzzle stopped working. I reinstalled hoping that would fix the problem but it didn’t. Pleeeease help. We still play but it’s a lot harder.Epi in Illinois
No daily puzzle
I like playing this to fall asleep to. Recently when travelling I was unable to access the daily puzzles- it would have the loading sign and then just not load. I deleted and reinstalled and lost all my progress, and have mailed twice with no response. Agree with other reviews. Have run into problem where I cannot download the daily game. Contacted support many times with no response. Attempted to to visit their website but it is in Chinese. No help at all.Last Shogun

The free daily puzzle doesn’t work anymore. What happened?
I love the format of this game, and play the free one most days. BUT, some of the clues are just off, and the tenses are way off. If you're used to doing crossword puzzles, this will drive you nuts. Get someone to edit and proofread these clues for grammatical, definition and tense errors, and you'll have an awesome game.Show lessCristiRyan

Love the game. Not happy at the moment as I have not been able to play the daily bonus game for an extra 20 coins! This has been going on for 2 weeks! There is no way to get any help for this problem. I’m not going to reset and have to start all over again, did that on my iPad and lost all the levels I had completed! I used to love this game and played it every day but for the past few weeks I too have been unable to play the daily game to earn bonus coins. This is really disappointing - please update your game so we can enjoy it again!Mamma Jesse
