Definitely a helpful way to communicate with the city
This is a very helpful app to make working with the city better!
One feature that would be nice: when I am working on a request if I go to another App to collect notes or review what I captured and go back into the App the service request starts over. It would be great to save the state of an in process service request so a user can cross reference with other phone apps.Show lesshaunsolo77

My people are great but The city has never fixed my 8 ft Cedar fence that they pitched down the garbage can ... Got tired of calling city they did fix the on where the garbage truck caught fire in Whispering Hills 👍👍👍😡trashed fence

This app reminds me to set out trash and recycle bins, plus let’s me know if there are equipment problems that will delay trash or recycle pick up! It also informs me when I can set out items for bulk trash collection. Thanks for making my life easier!Beer runner
