Time and thoughts saving methods.......
Having this app...is so helpful even when I not feeling well enough or sleepy I can get up early in the morning before 6am and drag the trash bin to the ally and the same thing with the bulk trash stuff and still have plenty of time to put it out by the curb.......!!!!!NOTW2

Search tool for recycling different things is great
Favorite feature is the info the app provides on recycling, especially the search tool when you don’t know whether an item is recyclable or where it should be disposed of properly. Well intentioned “recyclers” often do more harm then good by throwing soiled or un-recyclable items into recycle bins. App is simple, functions well and is helpful for trash pickup, bulk trash pickup and hazardous waste locations, too. Way to go, Dallas!
Regarding the critical reviews I saw -
I think the bulk trash reminder is for the week of pickup and not the exact day; probably because of the unknown variable amount of trash the crews are picking up each cycle, hard to predict a day.

Great app! Helps me stay organized!
Prior to the app, I always had to go look at the handout and because the dates had changed for our neighborhood, I was often in doubt. My neighbors also got confused. Now, I use the application and it helps me stay organized—and then I can also help my neighbors stay organized. Smile.
