Lock good - App Not Bad - WAYYYYY too many notifications though
The lock itself is good and the app isn't too bad for an initial release. The frustration I have though is there are way too many notifications being pushed, 99% of which are for motion detection when there appears to be no motion after viewing notice. My sensitivity setting is set to low and it's at least 15-20 feet from my door to the street. If there are development efforts to make sensitivity settings even lower, that would be ideal for houses that sit on a quasi-busy street.

I would not buy them again. Nothing but problems
A whole bunch of problems ...
I was excited to get my gate lock, it’s been just over a week and not a single feature works as advertised. Well I guess using the key works, and pin entry also works. Video quality is extremely poor, just a bunch of blocks changing color most of the time. “Video” is randomly record even though motion sensitivity is turned off and no interaction with the lock occurs. Audio quality is mostly noise that you cannot make out. “Notifications” are severely delayed if they are even sent, my WiFi router is next to my door. Battery died after less than a week with Motion Sensitivity turned off and no use for 3 days, plus there was no Low Battery warning before it died. The timeline that shows activity in the app shows activity for hours sometimes ... I am talking to support over e-mail but by and large if this is their product I would recommend waiting until it works as advertised.

Solid start
Have had my gate for a week now and overall like the feel of the app. Wish there was a way to use the app to lock/unlock the door even when there was no motion at the door it the bell wasn’t rung. Also would love to see a battery percentage on the app main screen.
Not a good app
So far the app isn't impressive and neither is the lock
To be fair I am beta testing and let me say that both the lock and the app are worthless
The app lets you do nothing but see video after the fact something has happen it's slow and clunky and doesn't do anything you want it to do when you tell it to do it a simple thing like lock and unlock the door this doesn't do it's slow to show anything
That along with the lock that just isn't ready for prime time
To me it's going to be a year before they get this right and that's a maybe

I can give people access to my home remotely now. Great for the cat sitter, the delivery guy and the friend who crashes on our couch.
