  • App is unusable

    I’m able to use the web-based site on my laptop, but the phone app (both on Apple and Android) are unusable. The app tells me that my password is incorrect, and locks me out. I’ve reinstalled the app and it doesn’t fix the issue. Enabling Face ID on Apple doesn’t work, either. Again, the website on the PC works fine, but the mobile apps are, for the lack of better words, broken.

  • Frustrating

    The app never remembers my login information or my face ID. I have to keep changing my password, that never seems to be strong enough. Very frustrating when we count on apps to work.

  • My LeasePlan App

    This is the most comprehensive, easy to navigate tool on the market today. I now look forward to reporting my mileage at the end of the month
  • The virtual assistant is great!!

    Being able to use the virtual assistant has been very helpful while on the road, especially when I forget my fuel PIN number.

  • Tracking mileage is difficult.

    It takes forever to log the mileage. The app always transfers personal mileage to business mileage and you have to keep redoing it till it logs it. This process takes up to 10 min. Not an easy app to use.
    The also keeps loosing the username and password. It’s not easy to use.
  • Mileage reporting

    This app is a joke. They encourage mileage reporting however 6 days into the the new month and I’m “up to date” with mileage reporting. There is no place to enter mileage.
  • Latest Update is Horrible!!!!!!

    I thought the whole point of an app was to make it very easy to walk daily mileage when you get in or leave your car for the day. The old app made you do the math I’m like using the desktop version which will tell you what your miles equal. Now the new version is even worse where you went to your mileage but you’re still having to allocate the whole months worth of mileage. Absolute junk!

  • Intuitive and modern looking ! EASY to use.

    LeasePlan has made this app super modern and easy to use. Clean. Great experience.
  • Anti Productive

    The app never remembers my password for Touch ID. Then requires it to be changed often due to strength. It’s states in description that the app does not collect data. That’s all the app does. It gives ratings, but there is never an explanation of how they are formed.
    This app is very reflective of the incompetence of the people that work for Leaseplan. Any company that chooses them shows disrespect for their own employees.
