Really like that there's an animated instructor showing you what to do so you're not guessing and can control a good speed, I've never been fit but so far I've kept to this easy, quick routine! Hopefully I'll see results soon enough
Annoyed!
This is the 2nd time writing this review bc that even glitched out!! It worked great the first 3 days. Loved the 3D images. Since then it glitches out and only allows day 1. Today that glitched out at the end and didn't count it. It could be helpful and great! At this time it's a terrible app. Very disappointed!!!

Easy to fit into home/work life
I'd give more stars but the app doesn't record what I've completed. Not sure if this is because I've not paid and a hold a gold account. It works if you stick with it.

App is not working
So I was able to try it for 5 days but after that to select package it says in-app purchases not allowed even though my iPhone has been upgraded to 9.3 something.

Its like having a personal trainer at home. I work a lot and really can't make it to the gym. I do it every night before bed the days I'm unable to make it.
