Definitely something new in the fitness app industry, I always had issues with video and gif exercises since you could easy do an exercise wrong, but this app has solved this problem, waiting for a full body app from this company ❤️

Dissapointing
It's not a free app. You have to pick a pack to buy once you download. Packs are starter silver and gold and they don't even have prices. It just says buy now and asks for your password. You can look up exercise guides online for free.
