Crashes iPhone
Love the app and the info, but it’s been causing my phone to freeze then it does a hard reset. This has happened several times while looking at photos of the listings. Please fix!!
App great, but the listings are not
The app is great and easy to use. But I find that when I send a request to view a place via PadMapper, I almost NEVER got a response from the listing agent/landlord.
If I contact that person for the same listing via Craigslist, I’ll get a response
PadMapper needs to do a better job of getting the people placing the ads to actually respond to inquest.

Phone crashes
Every time I’m on this app for more than 5 minutes, it freezes and then my entire phone crashes. I have an iPhone XS and have never came across this problem with any other app I have used. It completely turns off my phone and I can only turn it back on by charging it. Once it turns on, I see I have over 50% battery life is it’s not that. I will have to look elsewhere for an apartment until they figure out what is going on.

Technology is wonderful
I love this app I love the layout and how it runs it makes all those annoying things about house searching a bit easier to deal with I even enjoyed how it sent email and text reminders it would be cool to have it also sync with my calendar and I’m sure it does somehow lol but really I love this app and now I will be recommending this to anyone who is looking

Keeps crashing : (
Seems like a great app, if it wasn’t for the constant crashes. I am using the latest iPad Pro on the latest iPad OS and every few swipes when looking at pictures it crashes and reboots. This is the only app that I have where this is happening. Would be fantastic if this could be fixed.
Second time user
This app is a godsend. It has so much more of the listings that actually fit what I’m looking for. I found my current apt on here & we’ve been here for 9 years ..
Easy-to-use but I haven’t had any luck
I like the app but I haven’t received any responses from apartments. I wish there was a filter to search for “Verified Only” apartments. I also wish there was as a filter for how recent the posting is (on the website, you can choose postings that are no more than 6 days old)
Not worth the download
Not helpful at all. The listings, had very few photos, often not representative of the apartment that is actually available. There were no floor plans, or sq footage options. Some listings didn’t even have the apartment community’s real title. I wanted to like the app, but it just wasn’t very helpful at all for me.

Not worth the time to use
After searching for a place over 4 months and reached out to ask how can I report a fake listing after calling a different number based on the address for the location and after reaching out to ask how can we report a site and advised them the number and email address is not valid, I was told: All contact information to get in touch with the property is available on the listing page for the property. Zumper does not have any additional information on how to get in touch with the person or company responsible for managing the property, nor do we reach out on your behalf.

I normally don’t write reviews but I’m so frustrated
My landlord suggested I use this service to find someone to sublease my room. The app looked promising, and flaunted a 90 second quick posting process. I made an account using my email, made my posting, put the time and effort in to add photos a description etc. I thought I was done then I saw the notice that the listing I had made was not public and would not show on any searches or maps, and that I should email them to make it public. 1) this depleted the purpose of using an app like this if you have to hassle the company to make your listing public, which they never did. Who uses apps like this so they can send their listing to just friends and family? 2) They locked me out of my own account, and said some stuff about invalid listing or something and I can’t even log on because they flagged my account for whatever reason. I literally downloaded and made an account on this app an hour ago, post a listing that looks like everyone else’s, and now I can’t even go on to delete the listing myself and remove personal photos of my room and house and name. Very disturbing app, DO NOT USE it is a huge hassle and didn’t work in the end
