Purchaser being ripped off
I paid for this game a few years ago. Now I’m being pressured to pay almost $10a month to be able to continue to play it!!! When I reloaded it to play without paying it only let’s me get to level 14. This is so NOT RIGHT! I want my money back if IWin doesn’t correct thismrsbeegee

Not a happy customer
Bought the full game ages ago. Now they want $12.99/month to get ‘Full Access’ to this game and others that I have no interest in. So I swallow the cost and then every time I hit level 14 a pop-up comes up asking me to subscribe to Full Access even when it acknowledged that I was ‘subscribed.’ Not a way to keep customers happy. It’s now a scam. Way to chase away fans. Going to look somewhere else.Show lessMaggiecanuck

I had this game installed on my iPad, I had paid for the full game. Installed the latest update on the iPad and the game would not load at all. I deleted it and reinstalled it.
Now they want me to pay $15.99 a month to play a game I have already paid for.dinee-c
Doesn’t work on my iPhone anymore

I paid the 13.99 for this game a short while ago and now have NO ACCESS unless I subscribe, and for an outrageous amount of money per month. This has to be illegal. I will be contacting Apple about this blatant thievery. Either allow me access or give me my money back. I purchased the full game some time ago. Today l went back to replay it and found that l had lost access to a game l paid ten dollars for. How is it legal to sell a product than just decide you need a better profit margin so you take back the product that was purchased in good faith from your company. It sounds like you have cheated many people in a bid to make more money. It is this type of behaviour that will stop me from making these kinds of purchases in the future. Was enjoying this game which came up as free to play and then at level 14 could not go any further without paying £9.99. Gave it some thought for a few days and decided to purchase. Went to play yesterday only to find when I tried to go past 14 it came up with a page that said to continue I have to subscribe £9.99a month to continue. This is totally unacceptable and a big con, can anybody suggest what can be done about it as reading reviews I am only one of many who have been conned.Show lessconned big time

I absolutely love this game. It’s an addiction. But this morning when I went to play my game, that I love so much, there was an addition, an advertisement for all access games. They want me to sign up for $10 monthly payment. And all of a sudden I can’t play my game that I paid for. All I can get is this ad on the screenShow lessgaia618
