I don’t know what happened, but after updating the program it now crashes every time I attempt to open it. I really don’t want to lose all the progress I had made by deleting it and then re-installing. Any suggestions or a patch?AvidReaderTX
No longer free
Before this update with “All Access”, you could play all the levels by watching an ad for each level. Now you can’t play *anything* past the first 14 levels without having a subscription. I had beaten the original 120 levels and was about 2/3 of the way through replaying on expert. Now I can’t even access the levels I’ve already beaten, let alone new levels! Extremely disappointed and deleting the app immediately.Show lessthelonelyphilologist
What a rip off!
I bought this game about a month ago. Was enjoying it but they updated it yesterday and now I have to buy again and other games I don’t want. They want you to purchase a monthly subscription. It’s an underhanded way to make money! I won’t buy again.Louee$

This is brutal! I paid $13.99 for this game a year ago for full access and now I am locked out of playing unless I subscribe for $9.99 A MONTH for access to this game - which I’ve already paid for - plus 5 other games I don’t even want. Money making scam!
I purchased this game (for $9.99) about 5 yrs. ago. I’ve finished it and re-started the game several times without a problem. Once I got to level 14 it would allow me to restore purchase and I would continue to play without a problem. Now with the new update it’s not allowing me to continue playing unless I subscribe and commit to $9.99 a month! Are you out of your minds? I’VE ALREADY PURCHASED THE GAME! I don’t need nor do I want a subscription of $9.99 to play! The game is good and challenging yes, but I should not have to be forced to pay more money and accept a monthly subscription! I’m not getting the option to restore purchase unless I accept the trial or $9.99 a month subscription!

Rip off
I paid good money for full and open access to all levels of Jewel Quest. Suddenly this morning I am told I need to fork out a hefty monthly subscription to access the game I have already paid for in full and a bunch of games I do not want.
Give me my access back or my money back please.Salks88
Frustrating
The game just seems like work after awhile. The levels become extremely difficulty pass and try to force you to watch commercials just to get little extra add ins to help you. But then it feels like you’re cheating to have to do that which is unrewarding.cdubbbya

Absolutely one of the best games I’ve played. Please, please, please give us the option to purchase one of your new jewel quest games that are currently offered only with in-app purchases. I cannot stand these types of games and will never ever play them.PigletsanddPaper
