Still Truncating 0

I donโ€™t know why but YEARS after reporting the bug, it is still chopping off leading 0 from network ID causing mayhem when reading out network ID to someone to input

Works but barely sometimes

Unfortunately app is very basic even after all these years. Still takes forever to connect and drops and reconnects all the time either via wifi or cellular. Tailscale is just so much easier to use and works mostly consistently as long as you donโ€™t roam networks. Hopefully this gets better I do like how ZeroTier operates at L2.

Awesome when paired to a router that supports it, still great for only devices.

It works so good to connect to different remote lan networks trough a router that supports it, still works fine installing it on individual computers.
I would love if you can port it to Apple TV. Now on tvOS 17 vpns are alowed.

Does not work while on cellular network

When the iOS device is connected through wifi, it works perfectly. When turning wifi off, I cannot connect other devices via the ZeroTier subnet ip. The app is allowed to connect with both wifi and cellular data.

Stays on for few minutes only on iPad

Canโ€™t use on my iPad: I open Jupiter, open one notebook and ZT crashes/exits.

Does not work on ios16

This app is dead since it does not work on ios16.

Not working - used to two years ago

For goodness sake fix your app

Updates lag

This is a very good app - simple, effective, reliable.

However, it seems to lag a long way behind releases for other platforms. All my macOS and Linux clients are up to 1.10.2 while this iOS app languishes at 1.8.10.

It also is far from clear whether the iOS app does or does not have support for a DNS host being set in ZeroTier Central. Unlike macOS client, there is no button to enable/disable DNS and any IP address for the DNS host set in ZeroTier Central never shows up in the iOS GUI.

It almost seems like this iOS app has been forgotten about...

Very reliable for VPN-type apps

Unlike the hundreds of other network extension apps out there, Zerotier doesnโ€™t spontaneously crash or disconnect randomly from changing network conditions, and the design of the protocol allows it to automatically fail over to different nodes or Zerotierโ€™s own root servers in case of hostile firewalls. Minimalist, design standards-conformant UI, bugs are unheard of. Besides normal enterprise private networking, arguably the best option for simple and cheap personal network proxying too, if you have the skills to spin up your own Linux cloud exit node.
