Installation difficulties
Looked for online help and followed all the instructions. No Service.
Contacted support via apps messaging system. Got first some useless AI responses. Thereafter was redirected to “live” support. Waited for 34 minutes till I got another message. Responded and waited for another 25 minutes for the next message. Thereafter another 20 minutes for the next one.
Still not working.
Eventually got proper support via email. The issue got eventually resolved.
Do not expect that it will work flawlessly when you arrive at your destination.

Good online support.
I found the installation and set up instructions very confusing. For example in the instructions I was told to select “FRX Global Sim” which I couldn’t find anywhere.
In the end I resorted to the online support. I still haven’t seen FRX Global Sim anywhere on my device but it seems to be working now thanks to the online support.

Extremely Disappointing Service and Support
It’s evident that the technical support team lacks the necessary expertise to handle customer problems professionally. They seem unprepared and unwilling to provide timely or effective assistance. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service.
Additionally, the recent app update has made things worse. The app is not user-friendly and introduces more problems than it solves. If you're considering Flexiroam, I would strongly advise against it. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable service provider.
If anyone needs more details, I’m willing to share screenshots of my conversations with their support team to demonstrate just how bad the service really is.
