It works but need improvement
The app does what it needs to - help me find a charging station and charge the car. Hence the 4 stars. That said the little charging station icons have all different colors and I have no idea what they mean. There is no legend on the map and would like to be able to find fast charging stations vs standard ones easily. I googled these questions and found no answer. And what’s the globe do at the bottom of the map? Still not sure. Hopefully these issue will be addressed in the next update.

Terrible system
Avoid this! The app wouldn't accept any U.K. bank card. Eventually accepted my wife's Norwegian card. None of the charging point QR codes worked and six different cards from round the world were rejected. The app is hard to use and badly designed.
Experience
First charge .. really easy, via Swiss pass; plugged in sends you a message when it’s charged .. found it in the map .. 10/10 … perhaps things have changed since previous reviews
Experience continued outside of Switzerland!
BEWARE ITALY …COSTS ARE AT CONNECTION TIME REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE DRAWING POWER … leave it on over night and they charge you 220CHF …. that was not the idea could have brought a Diesel and avoided battery 🔋 anxiety !
