Horrendous
It took over 30 minutes to make an account and actually start the charging session. It asks for an insane amount of information that it does not need. If you make a mistake you have to start the whole process over. Atrocious.)2!1'qlqlmfn
Esperienza negativa. Servizio sconsigliato
Ho provato a utilizzare una delle vostre colonnine in provincia di Como. La ricarica non partiva quindi ho chiamato l assistenza clienti. Finalmente riescono ad attivarla al che me ne vado. Dopo mezz ora l app mostra che la ricarica si era fermata e era iniziato il conto alla rovescia per la sosta (dopo 1 ora paghi 10 centesimi AL MINUTO). Richiamo di nuovo l assistenza dove mi viene detto che non possono fare nulla perché io devo essere in loco (che faccio sto lì 3 ore aspettando che la macchina si ricarica?!). Niente alla fine 1 ora persa in pausa pranzo per avere la batteria dell auto ancora a zero e sto pagando 10 centesimi al minuto di sosta. Ho mandato una segnalazione per lamentarmi del disservizio.Show lessLong term Ocado customer

The app and the service are crap.
Their charging stations never work and neither does the app. I’ve spent many days and hours on the phone with their “customer assistance” and nobody for the life of them can help.
