  • Horrendous

    It took over 30 minutes to make an account and actually start the charging session. It asks for an insane amount of information that it does not need. If you make a mistake you have to start the whole process over. Atrocious.
  • Esperienza negativa. Servizio sconsigliato

    Ho provato a utilizzare una delle vostre colonnine in provincia di Como. La ricarica non partiva quindi ho chiamato l assistenza clienti. Finalmente riescono ad attivarla al che me ne vado. Dopo mezz ora l app mostra che la ricarica si era fermata e era iniziato il conto alla rovescia per la sosta (dopo 1 ora paghi 10 centesimi AL MINUTO). Richiamo di nuovo l assistenza dove mi viene detto che non possono fare nulla perché io devo essere in loco (che faccio sto lì 3 ore aspettando che la macchina si ricarica?!). Niente alla fine 1 ora persa in pausa pranzo per avere la batteria dell auto ancora a zero e sto pagando 10 centesimi al minuto di sosta. Ho mandato una segnalazione per lamentarmi del disservizio.

  • Total waste of time and energy

    The app and the service are crap.
    Their charging stations never work and neither does the app. I’ve spent many days and hours on the phone with their “customer assistance” and nobody for the life of them can help. If you take the time to send written messages, they do not even reply. Choose another company if you do not want to go crazy!

  • Should be illegal

    They ask personal information that they shouldn’t be using like DOB and other personal data.

    I’ve spent 45 minutes trying to make it work, but in the end I couldn’t connect the car and got stranded in the middle of nowhere, the only message I was receiving is blocked by WAF. Shame on the developers.

  • Too buggy - bad UX

    Crashes so much I can’t find a charging station and although it uses google maps API it doesn’t lead you to charging station or give exact addresses it’s not very helpful
