You will loose money if you use this app

I used this app to reserve hotel, free cancellation, I cancelled after one day, before deadtime, although they charged me whole price,
This happened two times for me 😞😞 They did not reply my contacts and my emails, also the hotel told me that it happened before for others, and they scammed the money ....

Scam

Do not use this app or their website, they literally a biggest scam, We booked a hotel from this website and when we came to hotel, we realized they sent wrong reservations to hotel and we had to pay extra fee to keep our reservation, their customer service is horrible and they do not answer at all. Save yourself time and money and do not book from this app. You are better off reserving from hotel’s website or legit agencies.

Nightmare experience

I booked a hotel using Otelz for my stay in fethiye in Turkey . It was a nightmare experience. The website gave me an offer for a hotel which I booked. Then I received the confirmation. When I arrived to the hotel after driving 9 hours from Istanbul, I was shocked that the booking was for another hotel . I check again via their website which showed that my booking is in different hotel ( but the offer in the website and the confirmation email were showing the first hotel , this why I went to the first hotel ). I tried to contact Otelz team multiple times but no one answered.

Please avoid booking through them
